An argument in a parking lot has landed a Chatham man with charges.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, two men who knew one another got into a fight in the parking lot of a convenience store.
The accused allegedly punched out the window of the victim’s car, put him in a headlock, and struck him several times.
The victim was able to break free and drive off.
The suspect, a 38-year-old man, was arrested and charged with assault and mischief.
