The municipality is spending just shy of $900,000 ($887,050) on improving parking lots across Chatham-Kent.

Municipally-owned lots, such as the one at Chatham Memorial Arena, James Street in Wallaceburg, and Tilbury Arena will be repaired this year, among others.
These were chosen from a list of 40 lots that are in need of repairs, as part of the municipality’s multi-year parking lot improvement plan.
Other lots to be worked on include the WISH Centre in Chatham and Wallaceburg’s Public Works Yard.
