Charges have been laid against a Chatham man found passed out behind the wheel over the weekend.
Shortly after midnight on Saturday, officers were called to a business on Queen Street where the suspect vehicle was found.
Authorities suspected the 45-year old driver was intoxicated and brought him to police headquarters for breath tests.
The accused has since been charged and was released from custody with a future court date.
