PAWR 5-Year Contract Worth $4.1 Million

Pet and Wildlife Rescue could soon handle all of the animal control for Chatham-Kent.

PAWR has handled the responsibility for the Blenheim area and Chatham for the last two years, and was the only respondent for the request for bids for the municipal wide contract.

In a report to council, the price comes into $4.1-million dollars for five years.

It will be voted on and discussed on Monday.
