A chaotic scene but no injuries after a suspected impaired driver jumped a curb in Chatham.
Authorities say a man was driving around 3:30 yesterday afternoon when he rear-ended another vehicle, ran over the curb and almost struck two pedestrians.
The suspect was arrested. Believing he may have been under the influence of drugs, police took the man to headquarters for tests.
The 55-year-old has since been charged with impaired driving and was released with a date in court on March 23rd.
