The Kent County Animal Shelter is looking to find as many of their cats homes in time for Christmas so they’re having Black Friday sale on cats.
Robyn Brady with the shelter says that for the reduced price of $50 you get a lovely new family member that is spayed or neutered, has a microchip plus all its shots and it comes with pet insurance.
“Pet insurance covers any accidents that might happen once you you get the pet home. Anything that isn’t a pre-existing medical condition,” says Brady. “Say your cat tries to climb the Christmas tree and has an accident and needs some sort of vet care. It can cover that so it’s a nice little back up plan, just in case something goes wrong.”
