Planning for 2018’s IPM in Full Swing

IPM 2018 Co-Chair Leon LeClair sits in the sponsored Victory Ford vehicle beside the IPM Badder Bus coach.

With less than a year to go until the 2018 International Plowing Match, the event’s organizing committee is shifting into high gear.

Joyce Martin-Bruce, chair of the Quilt Show committee, says with the Huron IPM in the books, it’s crunch time for recruiting volunteers.

“As you can imaging, to put on something this big requires a lot of volunteers. There are lots of jobs you can do – there’s people at the gate, people driving tractors to move visitors around, volunteering at food booths – there’s something for everybody”, explains Martin-Bruce.

Having been to the Huron IPM last month, Martin-Bruce says they need all the help they can get to make next year’s event one to remember.
