The Citizen’s Police Academy is accepting applications for its series of classes that teach citizens what it’s like to work for the police.
While the program won’t make you a police officer, it will go over crime investigations, forensics, drugs and street crime, the critical incident response team, and more.
The program aims to enhance the partnership between the community and their police service.
Interested applicants must be of good moral character, and over the age of 19. Details can be found here.
