A Walpole Island man is facing several charges after a scuffle with police.
A Wallaceburg homeowner spotted a suspicious man dressed in camouflage in her back yard late last night.
Officers spotted the man running from the area and gave chase.
When he was caught, police say the man tried to grab an officer’s Taser – he eventually stopped fighting and was taken into custody.
As it turns out, the 39-year-old was also wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Charges include trespassing by night and assault with intent to resist arrest.
