Police Drone Helps To Locate Trespasser

An unruly contractor has been charged following a dispute at a business in Raleigh Township.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a disturbance at the Talbot Road business just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to police, a dispute had taken place after a former contractor was directed to leave but refused.  The man fled and attempted to hide when officers arrived but was located with help from a police drone.

A 51-year-old London man was removed from the property and has since been charged with trespassing.
