Chatham-Kent Police are investigating two break and enters in Chatham.
Sometime over the weekend, someone broke into a shed on Willowmac Avenue, causing about $50 in damage. Once inside, they stole 3 chain saws, a battery charges, and various tools. The value of the theft is about $1500.
Unknown suspects also attempted to break into a home on Mercer Street. They smashed the front door causing about a thousand dollars in damage.
Anyone with information about either break and enter is asked to contact police.
