Highway 40 at Langstaff Line is closed after a fatal motor vehicle collision around 1:30 this afternoon.
Officers say a southbound tractor trailer collided with an eastbound motor vehicle.
They say that as a result of the collision, both drivers were taken to hospital. One of the drivers was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
Provincial Police say Highway 40 between Whitebread Line and Dufferin Ave will be closed until sometime this evening.
