Charges have been laid after a vehicle was reported stolen in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a suspicious person complaint in the area of Mill Street West on Thursday at around 10 a.m. While patrolling the area, officers were alerted to the theft of a vehicle.
Authorities were able to locate the vehicle and a 29-year-old man from Windsor was arrested.
The accused is now charged with theft and possession of stolen property over $5,000.
