Police have caught up with a woman who was wanted in connection to a break-and-enter in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said the break-and-enter on Lorne Avenue was discovered on July 25 when officers were responding to a suspicious person complaint.
Following an investigation, authorities identified a suspect who was known to the victim and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
The accused was arrested on Wednesday shortly before 3 a.m. after she was located on St. Clair Street.
The 43-year-old Chatham-Kent has been charged with break-and-enter and was released with a September court date.
