• ½ cup butter or margarine
  • 3 whole chicken breasts, split
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (save juice)
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

Melt butter. Add cornstarch, onion soup, juice from pineapple, lemon or lime juice. Heat until warm. Pour over chicken in a 9” x 13” pan. Add pineapple. Bake until chicken is done (1 ½ hours) in a 350◦ oven.
