Chatham-Kent Police were called to the Circle K convenience store in Wallaceburg around 3 o’clock this morning after a man stole a two litre bottle of pop.
The accused, a 23-year-old Chatham man, was found a short distance away, and has been charged with theft, possession of stolen property, and breaking his bail conditions.
