Those looking to get tested for COVID-19 now have another option.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is hosting a walk-in assessment clinic at the Downtown Chatham Centre until 5 o’clock this afternoon.
The pop-up clinic in the former Sears store will also be available for walk-in and pre-booked appointments for the next two to three weeks, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Anyone needing to get swabbed should go in through the old Sears store facing Wellington Street.
In the meantime, the main COVID assessment clinic at the corner of Grand and St Clair and the paediatric clinic in ambulatory care at the Chatham hospital remain open for pre-booked appointments, seven days a week.
