2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 large cooking onions (thick slice)
2 cloves garlic, Minced
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 cups prepared rice
 
Over medium heat in a large frying pan, heat oil; add onions and cook until softened.
Add garlic and pork; cook stirring frequently for 10 minutes until pork is cooked. Add
Broccoli, stir-fry until tender crisp. Add sauce; cook until heated through. Sprinkle with peanuts
and srve with prepared rice.
