Health officials are warning of another possible measles exposure in Blenheim.

Chatham-Kent Public Health said anyone who attended Blenheim Golden Eagles Gymnastics Club at 245 Marlborough St. N on March 6 between 6:30 and 9:40 p.m. may have been exposed to the measles virus.

Anyone who is not up-to-date on their vaccinations and was present during this time period is asked to contact CK Public Health at 519-352-7270 ext. 5902.

A Measles Information Centre was recently opened at the Chatham site of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance due to a recent increase in measles cases in the community. The centre offers guidance to anyone who may have come in contact with the virus and is not fully vaccinated.

The local health unit and CKHA are actively monitoring the situation and working to prevent further transmission of the virus.
