A couple of new restaurants are in the works for Chatham’s north end. 
The site, which currently holds the movie theatre, Michael’s, and a couple of fast food places has space for more development, but requires a zoning change.
Currently there is a limit to square footage on the site, which will need to be expanded to allow the development.
That will be discussed Monday at council.
There’s no word on what restaurants are looking to locate there, only that large, nationally recognized companies are looking at the site.
