The lights went out at an entire apartment building near William Street in Chatham on Saturday. All except for one unit.
Chatham-Kent Police say a 29-year-old woman cut the lock off the building’s electrical panel, and turned off the power to each unit except her own.
The woman was charged with mischief under $5,000 and released with a November 24th court date.
