There may have been more than a few empty seats in church Sunday morning thanks to a power outage in Chatham-Kent.
Hydro One had planned an outage between 2 and 6am on Sunday, which also affected Entegrus customers in Erieau, Blenheim, and the southern part of Ridgetown.
However, according to Entegrus, Hydro One didn’t let them know so Entegrus customers weren’t given a heads up.
In all, about 2700 customers were affected, and all the lights were back on by around 9:30 Sunday morning.
