It’s a perfect oh-for-eleven for former mayoral candidate Robert Salvatore Powers.
Powers has seen his final election complaint, this time against Mayor Darrin Canniff dismissed.
Powers alleged that Canniff incurred an expense by registering a website before the beginning of the election period and that media events held by Ben Labadie constituted a contribution.
He brought no evidence to back the first claim and the Audit Committee dismissed the second as the events were not held to benefit any one individual.
The time period for audit applications has closed, no other complaints will be forthcoming.
