Want to try out 3D printing, but don’t know where to turn? The Chatham-Kent Public Library wants to help you out.
3D Printing classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays through February and March at branches across the municipality.
Andrea Johnston, Library Technician at the Chatham-Kent Public Library says the ideas are only limited by imagination.
“People have created a replica of a skull for the museum, we get projects from a local factory to do test prints for future designs.,” says Johnston. “Christmas presents, like personalized gifts over Christmas time, which is neat to see.”
After you take the class, you can submit your projects and have the library print them for you for a small cost.
