The province is ponying up some money to help keep drunk drivers off the roads.
$2.4-million is going to police services across Ontario, courtesy of the RIDE Grant.
Authorities say more than 1,700 lives have been lost over the last 10 years, and over 25,000 people injured in collisions involving an impaired driver.
