Another jump in new cases of COVID-19 across Ontario.

For the second straight day, the province has announced 409 new cases and an increase in testing with more than 11,000 additional tests done in the past 24 hours than the day before.

As has been the case for the last few weeks, the GTA AND Ottawa areas are the biggest problem areas. Toronto alone has 204 new cases today, another 66 in Peel, and 40 in Ottawa.

At last check, Chatham-Kent still has just two active cases, and no new infections in the past two weeks.
