A Quebec truck driver is facing charges after a fatal crash near Kingsville.
Back on November third, a Windsor woman was killed and seven other people hurt when their vehicles collided with a transport as it stopped to turn into a commercial property on County Road 18.
The truck driver has now been charged with careless driving, and will be in court to face the charges next month.
