A local agency that assists those most vulnerable in our community has moved to a new location.

R.O.C.K. Missions moved to 39 Richmond Street in Chatham on July 19 as part of its efforts to expand programming and supports for those experiencing homelessness.

“We were bursting at the seams, which is great in terms of the growth of our organization, but it will be nice to be able to spread out a bit and have the space to work without wondering where all the donations should go,” says R.O.C.K. Missions Operations Coordinator Renee Geniole.

Geniole said the agency is currently assessing the needs of in-house staff and has yet to establish set hours for the new location.

R.O.C.K. Missions was previously located at 425 McNaughton Ave. West at the Chatham-Kent Nonprofit Centre.
