A Raleigh Township man is facing impaired driving charges.
A concerned citizen called Chatham-Kent Police around 10:30 Sunday night about a suspected drunk driver on Richmond Street.
Officers tracked down the vehicle and administered a road-side screening. The driver was arrested and taken to police headquarters for further tests.
The 30-year-old was charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and released with a date in court later this month.
