Charges have been laid against a Raleigh Township man after a scuffle with police.
Officers were called last night about a pair of suspicious looking people walking on Mill Street in Tilbury.
When confronted, one man refused to identify himself, became belligerent and confrontational, and grabbed the officer to resist arrest.
The 42-year-old was tasered and taken into custody.
He’s been charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a peace officer, and will appear in court at the end of February.
