Several local Chambers of Commerce are joining forces to fight the spread of COVI19.

The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce along with the Ridgetown, Tilbury, and Wallaceburg chambers are partnering up with provincial and federal officials to launch the COVID-19 Rapid Response Screening Program.

The Chamber will roll out rapid testing for small and medium sized businesses.

This program will provide free rapid antigen tests for all businesses with 150 employees or less, whether they are chamber members or not.

The idea is to identify asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 in the work place that otherwise may have been missed.

Orders will be coordinated to provide a 2 week supply to the businesses, with pick up dates Wednesday and Thursday between 10 am and 3 pm.
