A group of local real estate agents is helping those in need in Chatham-Kent.
The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors held its second annual Realtors Rock event last week, including performances by a number of local agents with headlining act the Courtney Wells Band.
Through donations at the door and event sponsors, over $2700 was raised for ROCK Missions and its outreach programs for those experiencing homelessness or battling addictions.
Carrie Patrick, President of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, expressed her elation at the overwhelming turnout, affirming the association’s commitment to making the Realtors Rock event an annual tradition.
“It was an amazing turnout, and this is most definitely something we want to keep doing year to year,” Patrick said.
