The Ridgetown and area Adult Activity Centre is looking for some municipal support in their quest to build a new centre. 
The group launched a fundraising campaign last week and as part of it, the group is submitting an application to the Investing In Canada Infrastructure Program: Community Culture and Recreation Stream.
That’s the same program the municipality is applying to for funding of the twin pad arena.
The group is asking council to draft a letter of support for the project.
