The doors open today on Chatham-Kent’s newly relocated COVID vaccine clinic.

The Bradley Centre location, which opened just over a year ago, was shut down last week and has been moved down the street to the old YA Canada building at 730 Richmond Street.

Medical Officer Dr. David Colby says there is still a need for vaccines, especially when it comes to providing boosters for those 12 and older, as well as first and second doses for the 5-11 age group.

The new clinic will be open 9am-4pm on Thursdays and Saturdays, and 1:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesdays, accepting both walk-in and pre-booked appointments.

COVID shots are also being administered at several pharmacies and primary care providers across Chatham-Kent.
