The Rainbow Pride flag is flying at half-mast at the Civic Centre in Chatham this week in honour of the victims of Sunday’s Orlando massacre.
The shooting at a gay nightclub left 49 people dead and 53 wounded.
Meantime vigils are being held across North America to honour the victims.
Residents in Sarnia gathered last night at City Hall, and a similar memorial will be held in Windsor tomorrow evening.
