Another charge has been laid against a member of an Old Colony Mennonite Church in Chatham-Kent.

Chatham-Kent Police say a 43-year-old member of the Wheatley church has been charged under the Reopening Ontario Act for a gathering held this past Sunday.

The province’s current stay-at-home orders limit indoor church services to 10 people.

Police have now laid 10 charges against members of Old Colony Mennonite Churches across Chatham-Kent for gatherings in Wheatley, Dresden, and Charing Cross.
