An arrest has been made after repeated warnings failed to deter an unruly individual at a Chatham business.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to the business on Grand Avenue West shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday regarding a trespasser.
The individual had previously been issued multiple trespass notices for the same business after causing a disturbance.
Police located the individual near the property once again and took him into custody. The suspect’s age and town of residence have not been released.
The accused is charged with one count of mischief and will answer the charge in court next month.
