Chatham-Kent Police found themselves dealing with a man several times over the course of the night on Thursday.
Shortly after 8:30, police were asked to check on a man seen lying in the grass at Lions Park on Steward Street in Chatham.
Officers say it turns out the man was under court orders to not leave his home between 7pm and 6am. He was arrested and released with a future court date.
Later that night, just before 11:45, officers were called to Wilson Avenue in Chatham, where a homeowner said a man knocked on their door, but when no one answered he went into the back yard.
Police found the same man in the neighbour’s yard, once again violating his curfew conditions.
The 63-year-old was arrested once again and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and trespassing at night.
