Chatham-Kent will consider looking at creating outdoor ice rinks in the municipality.
Council approved a motion from Councillor Anthony Ceccacci to have a report prepared by administration looking at possible locations and funding for outdoor ice rinks for next winter.
Ceccacci said he wants something simple and affordable that will be an asset for the community.
“I’m not looking for boards or roofs and coolant systems, anything like that,” Ceccacci said.
