As the pandemic drags on, organizers are taking RetroFest virtual.
It’s anyone’s guess when large-scale events will return to Chatham-Kent – or anywhere in Ontario for that matter. But the organizers of the annual RetroFest classic car festival are taking matters into their own hands.
With input from municipal and public health officials, the Historic Downtown Chatham BIA has decided to keep the spirit of RetroFest alive with a live stream cruise and car show next month.
Activities will run May 1st to May 22nd, and will also include a Ms. RetroFest competition and community giveaways.
Entries for the Ms. RetroFest competition can be submitted to msretrofest@gmail.com wit ha 20 second video and photo now through April 14th.
More details will be released in the weeks ahead.
