Students and parents hoping for a crosswalk in Ridgetown will have to wait a little longer for an answer.
They’ve been waiting for years to get a crosswalk on the busiest street at the busiest spot in Ridgetown.
That’s Victoria Ave, with Naahii Ridge Public School on one side of the roadway, and Tim Hortons and the arena on the other.
Councillor John Wright brought a motion to get one installed Monday, along with letters of support from students at the school.
That got referred to budget.
