A heated argument over a near-miss on Erieau Road has landed two men with charges.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, two vehicles nearly collided near Drury Line around 10 last night, and a fight then broke out between two occupants of the vehicles involved.
A 34-year-old Raleigh Township man has been charged with mischief for damaging the windshield of the other vehicle, and a 33-year-old Harwich Township man has been charged with threatening the victim.
The damaged car had to be towed from the scene.
The two accused will be in court next month.
