A local woman is facing charges following a single-vehicle rollover crash in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a vehicle left the roadway in the area of Queens Line and McDougall Line at around 9 a.m. on Friday. The vehicle rolled several times before coming to a rest in a field.
The driver, a 39-year-old Tilbury woman, was taken to hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities alleged the woman failed two breath samples and had been driving with a suspended licence.
She was arrested and is now charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and driving while under suspension. She was later released from custody with a November court date.
