Roses for Rotary Supports Cancer Care in CK


The oncology department at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance has been given a boost, thanks to the Rotary Club of Chatham Sunrise.

Rotarian Danielle Hunter; John Schinkel, member, Rotary Club of Sunrise Chatham Board of Directors and Rotary for Roses co-chair and Mary Lou Crowley, President & CEO, CKHAF.

The group passed over a cheque for $10,000 this week, proceeds from the annual Roses for Rotary campaign.

“We are so appreciative of the partnership with Rotary Club of Chatham Sunrise, and are sincerely grateful they chose our foundation to be the beneficiary of their annual Roses for Rotary Campaign” said Mary Lou Crowley, President & CEO, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation.

This was the 19th year for the Roses for Rotary fundraiser, which has raised over $200,000 since its inception.
