Officials with the Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team are looking to get more local residents connected with a primary care provider.

A series of rostering clinics are being held this month, including one in Wallaceburg on Tuesday, October 13.

Patients in need of a family physician or nurse practitioner are encouraged to bring their health card and current medications to the CK Family Health Team office on McNaughton Avenue between 9am and 7pm. Applications can also be picked up and dropped off at the office during regular business hours.

A similar clinic is being held in Dresden at the Wheelhouse on North Street on Thursday, October 29 from 3-7pm.

OHT officials are hoping to schedule rostering clinics in other areas of the municipality as well, including Thamesville and Ridgetown, with more details expected to be announced soon.

Those looking for additional support in finding a primary care provider can contact Amy Vickery, the local Supported Attachment Coordinator at 519-354-2172 x1330 or email info@ckoht.ca.
