Tens of thousands of dollars has been raised to help fight cancer following this weekend’s Terry Fox Run in Wallaceburg.
Organizers say 80 people dodged raindrops Sunday morning to take part in the run, joined by roughly 25 volunteers, bringing in over $36,000.
Final numbers are still being tallied from events held in Dresden, Blenheim, and Tilbury.
In Chatham, $225 was raised through online donations with no in-person run again this year.
