Tonight marks the annual Rural Urban Awards.
However, the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce is doing things slightly differently, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
There will be no formal ceremony this evening, but rather a virtual event showcased on the Chamber and YourTV’s social media sites.
This year’s winners include Barry Kearney of Kearny Planters as Agriculturalist of the year. Youth Agriculturalist goes to Ian Lawton.
Agriculture Innovator is Wouter VanLeeuwen Sr, and Jackson Seed Services has been named this year’s Friend of Agriculture.
