Charlotte's Salmon Ball

  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • ½ cup pecans or walnuts

Mix first six ingredients well. Refrigerate until well chilled. Roll into ball. Mix pecans and parsley and roll ball in mixture.
