The area has been listed among the world’s most intelligent communities.
The ranking is handed out by the Intelligent Community Forum at Laval University in Quebec City, measured by best practices in broadband deployment and use, workforce development, innovation, and digital inclusion and advocacy.
The community made the ICF’s Smart 21 communities worldwide every year since 2016.
