Sarnia police have made an arrest in the cities first homicide of 2021.
Saturday afternoon officers were called to a home on Confederation Street where they found 26 year old Luis Enrique Hernandez suffering from serious injuries.
He was transported to the hospital where he died a short while later.
On Tuesday police arrested 32 year old Timothy James Noj at a local motel.
Police are thanking the public for their assistance in the investigation.
